Here at Musgrave MarketPlace, we have great cuts of meats like beef briskets, lamb leg, pork belly or pork shoulder, but also essential to a great slow-cooked and smoked dish are your choices of spices and herbs.
Because we deal with many types of businesses we have a fantastic and varied range of spices in many formats. Catering for our Indian customers, we have high-grade bulk whole spices and also ground spices and spice mixes, ideal for restaurants and pubs. Just in is the new range of rubs and spices from Santa Maria.
Bun’ N Roll
I love this product, it won the innovation and snacking prize at the SIRHA 2017. Made from delicious croissant dough, this pastry bun has an incredible texture and a beautiful butter flavour. It is great for a savoury premium sandwich, for working lunches and conference breaks, makes an amazing burger bun, or filled with fresh cream, fresh raspberries or summer fruit, it looks stunning and tastes delicious!
I had a bit of fun with it and baked a few of them together in a large tin, I added extra butter and sugar on top, it came out beautifully, somewhat close to a
Kouign-amann… a speciality from Brittany… known for its butter and baked sugar flavour!!! Looked and tasted amazing!
