The popularity of Sushi and Japanese cooking, in general, has grown over the last few years. We have just launched a range of dry, fresh and frozen Japanese ingredients in our World Foods range. Dry Nori, Sushi Rice, Mirin, White Rice Vinegar, Wasabi or Masago for Sushi; Octopus, Squid, and Prawns for sashimi as well as all sauces, condiments and spices to go with it!!! Wasabi, Tonkatsu, Teriyaki, Soy and Tamari sauce, pickled ginger… and not to forget Ramen noodles, Bonito flakes and Tofu of course!
