This month I want to talk about the new range of French flour we brought into the business at the end of last year. The Foricher Mill produce “the flour of choice” used by the best artisan bakers all over France. Using only CRC certified grains and traditional modern grinding methods, they have worked with Cloverhill Foods to offer 5kg bags of the flour to facilitate smaller kitchens and bakers. In late 2019, we held a Sourdough Masterclass in our Ballymun Food Theatre. During this masterclass, participants got to know more about different types of wheat, use of flour for different breads, techniques, tips & tricks and much more. These Masterclasses are a great way to build your knowledge and add value to your business and we run several different types of cooking masterclasses throughout the year.
