5 Signature Cocktails from Sophie’s at The Dean

We recently visited our customer, Sophie’s at The Dean in Dublin where Stephen Duffy, in-house Mixologist, made us some of his signature cocktails. We loved what Stephen produced so we thought it would only be right to share these great cocktail recipes with you:
PIMMS CUP SPRITZ:
Ingredients: Pimms, Strawberry Puree, Prosecco, Soda Water, Cucumber Bitters.
Method: Add Pimms, Strawberry Puree, Prosecco and bitters to iced glass, add fruit, stir, top with soda.
Garnish: Mint, Strawberry, Cucumber.
Served in: Fusion Hiball Tumbler.
Ingredients: Ketel One Citron Vodka, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup.
Method: Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker, strain into iced glass, top with crushed ice.
Garnish: Raspberry Syrup, Candy Sprinkles, Retro Ice Cream Spoon.
Served in: Be Bop Hiball.
Ingredients: Tanquaray NO. 10, Plymouth Sloe Gin, Lime Juice, Hibiscus Syrup, Whites.
Method: Combine all ingredients in shaker and dry shake, add ice, shake again, strain.
Garnish: Hibiscus Flowers.
Served in: Martini Glass.
Ingredients: Jameson, Taylors Falernom, Coconut Water, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, Peychauds Bitters.
Method: Combine all ingredients in iced julep tin, stir, top with crushed ice.
Garnish: Coconut Shavings, Mint Sprig, Orange Twist.
Served in: Julep Tin.
Ingredients: Pampero Especial Rum, Passionfruit Syrup, Lime Juice, Grapfruit Soda.
Method: Add Rum, Passionfruit and Lime Juice to iced tin, stir, top with Grapefruit Soda, add crushed ice.
Garnish: Fresh Mint Sprig.
Served in: Ting Can.
